How To Draw A Anime Girl Blushing
This simple tutorial explains how to draw anime and manga manner blush and shows several different examples of it's almost common types.
In anime and manga a blush tin can indicate emotion like love or embarrassment or simply be a part of a characters advent.
There are mainly four types of blush styles that are commonly used:
- Striped – shown with a set of small strokes
- Solid – unremarkably shaped like an oval around the cheeks
- Gradient – a more than natural looking blurred chroma
- Combined – A combination of stripes and gradient or solid blush

Drawing Anime Blush With Strokes
A "striped" anime chroma is made with merely a few line strokes and is fairly easy to depict. But brand 2 sets of angled lines around the cheek areas. For a nicer looking chroma make the outer stripes a bit shorter and the inner stripes a bit longer. Aim for a combined shape that tin can fit inside a stretched oval. Alternatively you can also make all of the stripes pretty much the same length.
Above you lot tin come across the instance of the "striped" blush drawn with all of the facial features.
For a bigger "striped" blush you can draw it as one set of strokes going all the way across the olfactory organ area. You can once more make the strokes longer in the center and shorter at the outer edges.
As yous can see above this type of chroma may exist more than appropriate for a more emotional (in this case embarrassed) face up.
Drawing a Solid Anime Blush
The simplest blush to draw. Y'all can indicate this blush with only a set of two ovals on the cheeks. You can as well brand these "bean like" shapes instead.
Mostly this type of blush is used on more stylized or "Chibi" anime characters but more serious looking characters can take information technology too.
For an example of cartoon a chibi character you tin cheque:

Above you lot can see how the "solid" blush will look on a more standard anime graphic symbol.
You can also draw a larger version of the "solid" blush with just i shape going across the nose and onto the cheeks. It may be a good idea to slightly curve this shape so it does not go over the bottom of the nose area.
Again in the higher up example you can run across how this type of chroma will look with all of the facial features.
Cartoon a Gradient Anime Blush
The slope or "blurred" brush is slightly more realistic looking. To draw this chroma you tin can simply blend information technology outwards from a point below each cheek.
You can come across how the "blurred/gradient" blush looks with the facial features in the example to a higher place.
For the larger version of this blush you lot can again make one shape that curves slightly to a higher place the lesser area of the nose.
Again in the above example you can see the big "gradient" blush with the facial features.
Drawing a Combined Anime Blush
In some styles of anime and manga blush is shown with a combination of stripes and either a gradient or solid shape (ordinarily gradient). To depict this type of blush first draw the slope and so add the stripes over top (peculiarly if cartoon using pencil and then that you lot don't smudge the strokes).
Once once more you can see how the blush will await like on a fully drawn out face in the example in a higher place.
For a larger version of the combined chroma you lot tin can yet again just draw it equally 1 big "blur" going over the olfactory organ area and add a single set of lines over top.
In this final example you can again meet what this chroma can look like with the facial features.
