The photo is of an outdoor cushion I bought from another seller and the new one.... both cost around the same.
Moral of the story, be very careful when buying this product and read the description carefully. It's uncomfortable (but very waterproof) thick nylon. The padding is minimal.

The cushion is held in place with material ties which are securely stitched to the cushion. The cushion is well padded and the material is quite thick and it should last well.
